Due to the declining of fuel prices, effective immediately, several
cruise companies announced they will suspend the fuel supplement charges.

Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard Line, Holland America Line, Princess
Cruises and the Yachts of Seabourn all plan to refund the fuel supplement for
all bookings departing on or after December 17, 2008. Shipboard credit
will be given to those passengers who are already paid in full and a revised
final payment will be provided for those who are outside the final
payment. These cruise lines will reserve the right to re-instate the fuel
supplement should the price of light sweet crude oil rise above $70 per barrel.
Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. will also suspend their fuel
surcharges, effective
immediately for all 2009 cruise dates. The refunds will be in the form of
onboard credit for all 2009 bookings within the final payment period. For
those reservations outside the final payment period the reduction will be
deducted from the amount due. Both cruise lines will reserve the right to
re-instate the fuel supplement if the price of light sweet crude oil increase
above $65 per barrel.
