Your USA Dollar Is Worth More Overseas This Week. Do You Want To Know How Much More? This summer, we are finding airfare discounts to Europe, Mexico and Sydney, Australia up to 65% less than last summers airfares. We also have a much stronger dollar than last summer.

Our buying power was much stronger in March 2009 than it is today, but it is still better than July 2008. Between March 1 and June 1, 2009, we watched the value of the dollar go down.
