Remember the TV show Hawaii Five-O when McGarrett would say, 'book him Danno'? Now you can hear those same words, book me sheriff Glen Boyer the county sheriff of Jefferson County, Missouri.
On July 31, 2009 there will be a one day only bed and breakfast sale in Missouri.
They are calling this promotion Jail & Breakfast. The cost is $50
per person or $90 per couple.
You will be issued black and white jail uniforms when you check in. You will also be offered the same fine dining meals for dinner and breakfast that is given to the inmates, yum yum!
Imagine the luxury of getting to sleep on brand new jail bed sheets and eat jail food. Pinch me I must be dreaming.
Plus each paying guest will receive a "Jail & Breakfast" t-shirt and souvenir mug shot.
Remember this, if you're staying as a couple you must sleep in separate quarters. If you wish to sleep on a pillow you better bring your own pillow as they will not be issued.
Just as in Monopoly you can purchase a $10 'get out of jail' card. The proceeds raised for this one day Jail & Breakfast offer will benefit the county jails maintenance fund.
