In today's society where hotels, airlines and restaurants are promoting child-free zones and banning kids, we have compiled a list of hotels & resorts that love kids and even give them free perks.
While we couldn't list every hotel worldwide, there are some hotel chains that are almost always kid friendly such as Choice Hotels, which operates Comfort Inn, Quality Inn and many others.
We always knew Orlando was a major child-friendly city with lots of hotels geared towards kids. For example, Nickelodeon Suites in Orlando has rooms decorated with your kids favorite characters such as Dora the Explorer. The hotel has its own onsite water park, kid's spa, basketball, mini golf, character breakfast and much more.
What we were surprised about is how much Las Vegas has changed and has become a kid-friendly town. Vegas offers rollercoasters', animal and aquatic displays, lazy rivers and kid friendly pools, cheap buffets and spacious rooms for a family of four to call Las Vegas home while they are visiting this open all hour's town.
What we are finding is that many of the resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico offer either kids eat free, or kids stay free or both. The Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica allows kids 11 and under to stay and eat free. This is a great way to take the family to a gorgeous Caribbean island and not spend a fortune. The hotel is all inclusive which is great for the adults for drinks and nightlife, and is also great for the kid's because of the kids clubhouse, pools, and beaches. The resort is reasonable priced, and you can book this hotel as part of a vacation package on Bestfares.com.
To save even more money while you are on your family trip check out this link, http://www.kidsmealdeals.com/. If you type in the zip code or city where you are staying, a list of restaurants will populate that offer either kids eat free or offer discounted kids meals. While some of the hotels offer great kid's value meals sometimes it is still cheaper to eat out at Denny's or McDonalds over paying for room service even if it is at a discount.
We also recommend you going to the city's tourist website, if they have one, and print out valuable coupons for 2 for 1 admissions, free desserts, and other local area attractions.
Check out some of the hotel chains below that offer you substantially savings when traveling as a family, remember all of these hotels can be booked online at Bestfares.com
