Southwest is giving the gift of bonus Rapid Rewards Points to its Members with two separate Rapid Rewards promotions.
The first promotion rewards double Tier Qualifying Points to Rapid Rewards Members with each one-way flight booked and flown from Dec. 22, 2011, through Jan. 31, 2012. Rapid Rewards Members simply need to register for the promotion at the web site prior to travel and book and fly between now and Jan. 31, 2012, to receive the double Tier Qualifying Points.

The second promotion rewards double Standard Bonus Points to Rapid Rewards Members with each one-way flight flown into or out of six Southwest Airlines markets: New York LaGuardia, Newark, Orlando, Boston, Manchester, and Providence beginning Jan. 4, 2012, through Feb. 15, 2012. Rapid Rewards Members simply need to register and book between now and Dec. 30, 2011, and fly these destinations between Jan. 4, 2012, and Feb. 15, 2012, to receive the double Standard Bonus points.
