Wow Disney Cruises really wants your business onboard the Magic departing out of Galveston this fall! The original price has now been slashed, and is now only $598 for a seven night fall getaway.

Disney Magic will sail 12 seven-night cruises from the Port of Galveston to the Western Caribbean beginning Sept. 22, 2012. Ports of call include Grand Cayman and Mexico's Costa Maya and Cozumel.
This hugely reduced offer is valid on fall and winter cruises. If you were to travel out of Ft. Lauderdale during the same time frame for a seven-night Disney Cruise the least you would get away with paying is $1,218 per person for an inside cabin.
Disney has greatly reduced all cabin types departing from Galveston. Oceanview cabins start at $749, Balcony from $899, and a Suite from $1,932 per person for seven-nights.
If you were to book these same cabin types in Florida for a seven night Caribbean cruise you would be looking at $1,560 for Oceanview, $1,962 for Balcony and $6,041 for a Suite.
But, if you choose Galveston, you can stay in a suite at a $4,100 discount. This is a huge deal for Disney. Usually, Disney does not discount-- from their theme park tickets to their theme hotels, you usually end up paying top dollar.
Disney is trying to not only to attract the normal Texas travelers who choose Carnival or Royal Caribbean. But also to detract from the newest cruise line coming to Galveston-- Princess Cruises. Disney wants these same people to try their product, so Disney has upped the ante with more competitive pricing and higher-end dining to create a dream vacations onboard Disney Magic!
Disney's Magic will join Carnival Magic, which begins sailing from Galveston on Nov. 14. Carnival's Triumph will also begin sailing out of Galveston on Oct. 6. Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas also calls on Galveston. And in December, Princess Cruises' Crown Princess will also sail out of Galveston.
This is also a great option for West Coast travelers who wish to cruise with Disney to the Caribbean, but don't want to travel across the country to get to Florida and pay a small fortune for a seven-night cruise.
Plus, don't forget if you are in the military or a senior, Disney offers great discounts to you. So, don't forget to add that information to your booking, to get additional dollars off your cruise price.
Check out all the things this cruise has to offer. Dance along with Disney Characters at the Adventures Away! Experience an endless array of activities on board, from live shows to fine dining at Palo. On shore, go snorkeling and scuba diving where dolphins splash in the crystalline waves.
